SEND command problem with CP1H

I'm using a Omron CP1H XA PLC. I'm trying to transmit data using the SEND command. Initially I'm just trying to transmit data to itself.

IP: 192.168.250.2
Node: 2
Source Word: D100
Destination Word: D110
Control Word: D120

D120 through D124 is
#000A #FD00 #0200 #0703 #0064

Nothing gets updated, and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.
