What if you don't use Facebook? Would they tell you to start one and come back when you have 200+ "friends"?
I don't like the direction this is taking us, although I can't say it's necessarily a violation of any rights since you can say no. I think I would feel conflicted if I were asked to give up a password, although I have nothing to hide. I'm not sure I would do it.
