While I'm waiting on Mitsubishi Support to call me back, I was wondering if anyone here could help. We recieved a machine from Japan that has a Q00UCPU in it. I'm using GX Developer Ver. 8.72A. I have tried to connect via USB mini and also using the QC30R2 cable. During the test connection, I just get an error stating that the plc is not recognized. The EasySocket driver for the USB installed with no problems. Any ideas?
