Step7 not reaching CPU 414 on Ethernet

I can’t get connection with a 414-3 PN/DP on Ethernet...

The CPU has assigned an IP address. Ping works fine and the web server works fine, but when I try online with Step7 there is no communication. When i try "Display accessible nodes" the MAC does not show up.

Step7 Pro V5.5 is installed on a computer with Windows 7 pro. The Windows firewall is deactivated.

I suspect this is a Win7 problem...

Anybody have a suggestion?
 
I have tried all rational alternative, but I assume ISO Ind. Ethernet and the respective Ethernet interface card is the the correct....
