1761-CBL-PM2 to RJ12

It sounds like you want to make an adapter from Mini-DIN8 Female to RJ12.

Are you looking for an off-the-shelf adapter ? Do you want to build it yourself ?

It would almost certainly be easier to build a DB9F to RJ12 cable to replace the 1761-CBL-PM02 entirely.

If you don't need the mini-din connector, that is the way to go.

If you need the mini din connector, I suggest keeping the 1761-CBL-PM02 intact and adding an adapter to the DB9 end.
