Phil has been doing PLC training for a long time. I have never heard anything bad ever being said about him or his training. As a matter of fact, every correspondence I have ever had with him has been very professional.
He runs this site off of what he sells and what few donations people chip his way, so it isn't about the money with him as I am pretty sure this site isn't particularly cheap to run.
He just wants people to be well trained.
