RS5000 tieback: What is it?

I've done a forum search for "tieback" but no luck with an answer; only references. I guess you all know what it is. RS5000 online help assumes the same. Can anyone enlighten me, please? Thanks.
 
I have now, thank you. Don't know how I missed that one. As always, Ron's answer is to the point. An odd term, though. Is it common parlance in loopspeak?
