Smart meters - something like UMG604

Hello, I'm looking for smart meter like Janitza UMG604 but cheaper because I want buy two or three device like this.

I will need to measure:
- Wats
- Wats/h
- Voltage
- Current

Also if there will be possible I want to connect this to computer to read data(I think ethernet is fine) and connect to Siemens S7-200.

I was searching but I don't found nothing special.
