Acknowledge alarm when operator writes text for current alarm

Hello,

I want to create in wincc 7.0 the following thing:

Operator recieves an alarm, that alarm must be acknowledged by the operator by writing a comment on that alarm. Only after the operator has written the comment, the alarm can be acknowledged. The written comment has to be shown in the wincc alarm control acreen.

Can someone show me what I need for this?
I cannot edit the wincc alarm control I believe....
