Hi everyone, nice to join u all...

I'm a new beginner in PLC Programming, especially SIEMENS.
I was an Allen-Bradley user, and get confuse of what SIEMENS PLC is working around my new machines...

What's the first step to learn about Siemens PLC??
DB, FB, FC and everything....?

FYI, i am now using S7-313/C for my case study.
But still i can't do anything with it.

Can somebody help me to give some samples of
Step 7 Program for S7-313/C and explain a little about how it works?

I would really appreciate all your kindest attention and help!🍺

Thanks and wish u best of luck..🤞🏻

As Kalle has said there is much information here and elsewhere.
The Siemens web site has a lot of help / information but can be confusing for "the first time" user.
Have a look at the following on the Siemens web site -

http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/22603448

https://www.automation.siemens.com/...how.aspx?PageIndex=1&PostID=80998&Language=en

And the following from other web sites -

http://plcplc.info/html/90/SIEMENS_S7_300_400_and_the_difference_between_the_type_of_block.html

thanks for your kind attention.
as i mentioned before, i am now using S7313/C for my experiments.
still looking forward to having the best way to learn from beginning.

and it takes more time..
OK then.... :D

Hello freewill;
The following tutorials for S7-300 were prepared by Siemens as a step-by-step guide for initiating first-timers such as yourself:
https://www.automation.siemens.com/...download_training_material/Pages/Default.aspx

Open the "Download Classic Module" linlk at the right of the page.
Take the time to open and study the documents and sample programs inside each module as required, you should start feeling more at ease with the S7-300 PLC soon enough.
Hope this helps,
Daniel Chartier

Edit: sorry Kalle, just realized yur last post pointed to the same link.

Hello dear friend
It is not so complicated
In fact, Siemens has classified programs
** fcs the same functions that get recorded information in working memory and fades off
fbs functions that are non-volatile memory. db memory they are
