Programe save from controller to Laptop

Hi friends;
I am using GE 90-30 PLC with LM 90 Software. CPU is 351
Some viruses damage my Hard disk and i lost the programme which is equql to in the controller.
If i store the programme from CPU to Laptop is it create folder as well or what happen?
I want to get advise before doing anything because machine is operational.

Yes you can upload program from GE Fanuc plc series 90-30 with LM90
Only folder must be named TEMP

Thanks; But the programme folder name is Saturn. Can i rename it after download it? and then restore again or not?

As I realized you have to read the program from plc and to save in PC not to download
