OMRON PLC
CSIG-H CPU/Model

Try to upload program came up with fault
Can not upload the program UM is protected
Please advise

Try turning Dip Switch 1 OFF.
Also, here is a link to the Operation Manual:

Only way to reset password is to send the unit to Omron.
Or, remove power and battery overnight.
