I have 8800d flow transmitter and lcd screen displayed "LOOPV" that indicates the voltage is low , i removed the two wires and measured the voltage and found it 9V what is the expected problem here?

The manual says it needs 9 to 32 volts. Check the power supply. Check wiring.
