Failing Siemens power supplies

In the last 6 months I have had two Siemens S7 PLC "307" 5 amp power supplies fail. Both about 10 years old.

The symptoms were that everything was fine until the power was switched off, then they would not switch back on - even with no load.

Fortunately, I keep spares.

Be warned!
