SLC 5/02 program upload

One of our client has a Conveyer system which is controlled by SLC 5/02 PLC. now they want to make some modification in the System. They don't have the Copy of Original program. so how can i upload the program from PLC and which cable to use ?

The SLC5/02 support DH485 protocol only. Your best bet to communicate is with a 1747-UIC ( USB to DH485 converter). See PDF

A 1761-NET-AIC would work, but you need a real serial port on your PC/Laptop for it to work.

Also a 1747-PIC ( old device) would work, but again a real serial port is needed.
