A motor has to run either in a forward or reverse direction, forward pushbutton and reverse pushbutton to start are available. Either a common stop push button or overload relay contact will trip the motor seperately, forward auxillary contact and reverse auxillary contact available. Draw plc ladder diagram using rs logix 500 for slc5/03 plc.

I have tried to solve the above question, but my only doubt is about forward auxiliary contact and reverse auxiliary contact .pls guide me as i am noob.
i have attached my codes. pls tell me which one is correct answer thank you.

It absolutely depends on the application - your logic may be acceptable for small motors with low inertial loads.

But, reversing a large motor/large load instantaneously is asking for a lot of troubles.

Consider the use of a timer to inhibit the "opposite" output being turned on, to allow the motor/driven load to come to a standstill.

I fully understand this is a basic "logic" question, and you seem to have a good understanding, considering you have posted 2 sets of logic.

But please remember (for the future) that your PLC code will eventually be interfacing to real-world devices, and that you are not just learning how to use a PLC, you should be learning how your PLC code will interact with the real world.
