When you open the zip file, there is a .doc inside with the description.
Here is a quote:
"The faceplate and associated ladder logic are compatible with: RSLogix 5000 V20 or later. & FT View Machine Edition 5.1 or later."
You asked for FTView ME 6.1, which is obviously "or later", so this faceplate will do.
