for example, elevator, lift, program for sensor.

The regulation says "ALWAYS"
There wouldn't be so many brakes for an elevator if stopping is not so important.
But the motor is only one(of course for general elevator, not for special)

This site certainly has plenty of all of those things you asked for, including elevator programs. Look at the "Downloads" section of this site for many types of PLC programs. Also you can do a search for a specific type of PLC program. You may find so many that you can't read all of them.
