RSView 32 Tag Database

Hi everyone, there's a problem and hope you guys help me solve it.
When I am trying to import tag file (.rsv) file into the .rsv project file using RSView 32, the tags are inserted properly but the tags are not mapped to their corresponding location in the mimic pages, which I am able to control them on site. Anyone who got the experience can help me? Thank you!!!
