Micro Motion Ethernet I/P module for Elite coriolis meter

Hello all, I have a Micro Motion Ethernet I/P module connected to a compact logix And Im confused about what the inputs represent in the manual it says byte 0-3 is mass flow rate 4-7 is density 8-11 is temperature. Does that mean that the tags MicroMotion_EIP:I.Data[0] through MicroMotion_EIP:I.Data[3] represents the Mass flow rate if so what logic do I use to Bring it together?

Try "cop MicroMotion_EIP:I.Data[0] Mass_Flow 1", where Mass_Flow is a REAL.
