TIA portal v11

Hello Guys,
I'm communicating S7-300 315-2AF02-0AB0 using TIA portal V11 but it seems device is not available in the catalog? what should I do to make it work? I'm finding HSP files for my hardware but I think TIA portal v11 don't support my s7-300 hardware. please help.
 
The 6ES7 315-2AF02-0AB0 is a very old 315.
It is listed as discontinued (2009) on the Siemens support site. It is not supported in TIA.
TIA does not support older hardware (pre ~2007).
