I have a AB Pico 1760-L12BWB that I'm trying to connect to an external display. My local AB rep. sold me a GFX display and a 1760-RM-PICO, which has a module that connects to the back of the display and a cable to connect to the Pico. I wire everything up and as far as I can tell it's supposed to just work, but the external display just says that it's trying to connect.

Thanks.

I think that you need to do some configuration to allow the connection to the expansion device. In PicoSoft, select "Communication, Configuration, Expansion Devices". Follow the directions in the user manual.
