Need Badger Meter Tech rep?

I need to contact a tech for Badger Flow Meter. I was pointed to one in the 714 area code from a local contact, but it seems that there is one only guy in thier entire company that handles them. He was in a meeting yesterday , didnt return the call and is out of the office today.
I need to ask questions and order parts. Anyone know a Badger rep that CARES about customer service?

I just worked a very large job with these guys in El Paso.
