CP5613/CP5614 error message

Hello,

Received pop-up message on PC, saying I must restart CP (our PC has CP5613/CP5614 card) to continue work.

Also such info, in same error window:
CP_STATE_EXCP_CLOSE_0
DW_Para1:0x0 DW_Para2:0x101


Please, explain, someone, about CP_STATE_EXCP_CLOSE_0 ?

Sorry, one more stupid question.
From where, or from who for me to get such info?
