MSG Instruction Box Cut Off

Has anyone ever seen this before? (Image Attached)

I've tried everything from changing resolution, display drivers, display %, DPI, and various RSLogix5000 settings but can't seem to fix it. Was this a known issue with this software version? Is there a fix?

RSLogix5000 Version: 20.01.00 (CPR 9 SR 5)
Windows 7 SP1 x64
NVIDIA Quadro FX 2800M

Thanks in advance. BTW it is only the message instruction box that does it. All other windows in RsL5k are fine.

i am having the same problem and tried changing the display to 100 instead of 125 and it still does not solve my issue.

You have to reboot your computer after changing the scaling setting.

yes i did that as well and still no change.

Please search this forum or Rockwell knowledge base. There is a techchnote that explains how to correct this font substitution issue from Microsoft.

What is your screen resolution? I know you can set some windows programs to ignore scaling. I had to do that on a few.
