how to program a siemens plc

Hi.am new here and I quiet appreciate to be a member of a wonderfull forum like this.
My question i̶̲̥̅̊s̶̲̥̅ how can I program a siemens plc?, I only did a training on how to program allen brandy ,moreso I want to know how to make use of a fluntuating signal(water level sensors) on allen brandy programs.

Because the question is way too general, only a general answer can be given: by using the appropriate software, which depends on what Siemens PLC you're talking about.
