Siemens CP343-2

Dear all,

My PLC is configured with Siemens CPU 315-2DP and CP343-2. CP343-2 is used to connect to Wonderware S7-IO servers via TCP/IP. Built-in MPI port of CPU 315-2DP is also used to connect to Proface HMI.

Currently whenever I plug in MPI cable to MPI port, the comm between CP and wonderware breakdowns.

MPI cable is made according to connection diagram provided by Proface.

Does anybody ever face this problem before?

CP343-2 OPC-driver maybe uses MPI-adresses as gateway inside the PLC?

2'ndly, there could be limited number of master-devices in the MPI of the CPU 315-2DP configuration ?
