Logix5000 Motions Control Commands

Hello. Does anybody know of any online sites where I can visit to get some good Basic Motions control command tutorials or help for Logix5000. My Job will not send us to Training but continues to have Sevo Systems upgrades to our Production Lines but Complains about Servo systems Down time when it happens
