S7 library to TIA

Am I missing something? I have my V5.5 library that I have created. I would like to migrate it to TIA. When I select migrate I don't have an option to select the library like I would a regular project.
 
Move it to a project, then migrate. That's the way I did it
Then I organized my own new library in Portal... With groups etc in the library
