Cimplcity version issue

I am using Cimplcity Version 7.0 my Dongle Usb was defected i purchase new dongle for it,New Dongle Usb is Version 8.1,error occur, error is attched please tell me what to do

Call your key supplier or GEIP and have them downgrade your new key to your version. That can be done by sending you a new file to load onto the key. Or upgrade your App to the version of your new key.
