iFix and OCX files

so I put an OCX file into Windows/System32
so it would be in the windows path

I then ran
REGSVR32 C:\WINDOWS\system32\kbpopup.ocx
and it returned successful
I opened iFix but the OCX was not listed in the
applications resource list
So what did I miss
