When trying to export a template object, or the whole galaxy to a .aaPKG file, Archestra reports export completed immediately, with nothing else in the "Export Automation Object" dialog box and creates a 0kb .aaPKG file.
We are running Wonderware 10.1 and Application Server 3.1 SP3, on Windows Server 2008 R2.
Typically, before/after making any development changes to the application, I make a backup of the template, via object export to a .aaPKG file. This time, after a couple of days of development, the above problem is happening. I cannot export (backup) the latest version of the application. However, I have no problem checking the template in/out, making changes ect...
Furthermore, when I look at the Platform Manager, my GR Node shows "Shutdown (startup failed)."
I am inclined to reinstall the whole package, but I would lose days of work, without getting a real .aaPKG export.
Has anyone experienced this before? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
