ACOPOS DRIVE error 7038

Hi,
Kindly please help me to troubleshoot our ACOPOS DRIVE . It was intermittently giving alarm code 7038. We already replaced ac121 card, drive, motor, and encoder cable but still same problem occur.Your response is highly appreciated.
