Computer Vision (CV) and PLC for Color Detection with python

hello ;
I wanna do application use computer vision to colors detection with shape detection. This application also use computer vision software from Open CV.

open CV and python provide a signal to the PLC, if detect for exemple color blue then PLC bit of plc is SET, and if color red shape then PLC bit is RESET.

I have library for snap7 to do comunication and i have library open cv for detect color via cam
just help to do simple script python if color red detected then plc bit of PLC is SET

I wait ur answers !!!!
