Studio 5000 - Duplicate Consume Target

I am trying to create a consume tag between 2 PLCs. I created it, realized I created it wrong, deleted it and when I went back in to recreate it I get an error now that says "Duplicate consume target - already consuming this tag or instance from this controller". I deleted the original tag, saved and I still get this error. Is there a secret handshake I have to do before my program forgets the original tag?

Edit: I am an idiot. I did have tags from when I first tried to do this a couple of weeks ago. Its working now.
