Having issues opening IODD file in studio 5000.

I have an Allen Bradley temperature switch that I am trying to use in studio 5000. I am getting the message "Unable to interpret the IODD file" when I attempt to register the IODD. I have downloaded the latest version of the file but still no joy.

Any Help would be much appreciated.
