Ge fanuc 90 30 backup without availability of engineering station

Hello Guys
I am new to GE FANUC 90 30 series of controllers
I am in need of Instruction and help to download/save the configuration from a system with GE FANUC 90-30 that actually does´t have an engineering station.
Any help or lead will be appreciated.
