Is it mpossible to update GX WORKS2 from IQ WORKS?

I've installed IQ WORKS 1.43 and there was gx works2 1.98c in it.
My OS is windows 8.1 64bit, so I tried to update gx works2 1.513k but it was unable to install.

Message was like this..
The currently installed verion of Gx works2 can not be updated.
please install gx works2 again after uninstalling the currently installed verion

Can someone help me about this?
