I have faced with a confusing problem, Dose anybody have a solution or comment?
In our plant we have about 30 set Siemens PLC (400 series) with relative modules (CP- I/O Cards - IM and etc... Connected via MPI and FDL networks)
From one week ago we have had problem with one of our plc station ( CPU 414-2XG02-0AB0 ) ; the memory of this CPU sequentially is resetting (fully) , we did all of fallowing actions but the problem still exist and these error codes are appearing in CPU diagnostic buffer ….
298d 0d00 0000 and 8002 0000 0000
Action1: we changed the CPU ….. and after 2 day , the problem appeared again.
Action2: we changed the Power supply ….. and after 1 day , the problem appeared again.
Action3: we changed the Rack (UR)….. and after 1 day , the problem appeared again.
For best explaining of this problem, I put the CPU "diagnostic buffer text" at the fallowing . please help and kindly guide me to solving this defection.
