Updating firmware on IF8I and OI8I cards

Hi,

I am trying to upgrade the firmware on some IF8I and OI8I-cards to 1756-IF8I version 2.013 and 1756-OF8I version 3.012. I am using a computer with ControlFlash 15.
When I try to flash the cards, it states that the cards are not in the proper mode to start the firmware upgrade. What do I need to do to flash these cards? Does it matter what key position the PLC is in? Currently it is in REM
