Omron CQM1 Modbus RTU protocol

Hi, Has anyone got some code for this? Can be done with Omron CX protocol software but I don't want to reinvent the wheel. Or another soltion to get a Modbus RTU master device to talk to a CQM1 would be welcome.

I use it regularly with the CJ1 but am not sure if the CQM1H has the PMCR instruction. Have never used one.

CQM1 does have PMCR instruction but does not have the same range of DMs or the W memory. Am trying to fiddle with code to adjust. Have seen postings suggesting that Omron have a macro for the CQM1. If anyone has this could they please post.

You can change W to general I/O and DM to anywhere you wish. That is not a problem.

That is the Omron one. The only other thing I know of is an FB in CX-One but it is huge and not all that useful.

I will see if I can post some code I used just recently for sucking info out of a Woodward controller but I used the Modbus PM software in the SCB.
