Application code manager the rockwell automation software

I am using the rockwell's application code manager for developing the application. While I am going to add the new graphic display it is showing the empty object configuration wizard. I have already published plantpax library before adding the display. But still facing the problem. I hope any one has the solution will help me to resolve the issue.
