Just wanted to check with anyone and see if there's anything to look out for when doing a migration with s7-300 hardware.
New production setup coming up in a few weeks, and I'm making some additions to the existing controls setup, and figured I would go ahead and migrate it to TIA.
I've worked with 1200's quite a bit, but never s7-300 in TIA. With the s7-1200s I got used to programming using primarily DB's, but this project I'm migrating is from classic so lots of it uses the traditional memory bits.
Wanted to see if anyone has run into any problems with this in the past? Perhaps the DB style that siemens recommends for the s7-12's is more related to hardware?
Thanks
