Siemens Micromaster 440 Locked Parameters

I have a Siemens Micromaster 440 (6SE6440-2UC25-5CA1) with encoder module (6SE6400-0EN00-0AA0) and Profibus module (6SE6400-1PB00-0AA0).
I'm unable do access multiple parameters via BOP, even parameters with access level 1, like P0004. I'm unable to access parameter P0970 too. So I'm unable to reset the driver to factory settings. The driver is in profibus network. I tryed to disable the driver and change P0003 to 3 and 4, but the parameters still locked.

There is a way to unlocked the parameters of Micromaster 440 by BOP?

It may be caused by parameter P0927. To be able to change parameters using all communication channels it sould have as value "b--nn".
