Three powerflex drives failed upon powerup
Hi all,
We had three drives fail upon power up. The two had F081 fault code. The maintenance personnel attempted to copy VFD parameters using a HIM with no luck so they decided to change them anyways but they could not get the motors to work because some parameters needed correction I downloaded RStudio locally so I can go online with the project and compare the parameters but that didn’t work as well. I can only see and edit parameters while offline not online even though it should a Ethernet connection but seem it’s missing something. The drives are on 22 e-comm. Can this be done using a messaging but that could be a tedious and long process. I am not exactly sure how that’s done either. Does anyone has any suggestions? Thanks, Ziya |

My bad. Is there reason why I am unable to correlate settings while I am online with PLC when I click drive tab to pull up vfd settings? Thanks

AQ has one thing. make the project settings match. so in the project assign the subnet and gateway to match the VFD.
