Tia portal going online help

Hi
I have a machine that has 1500 cpu program is v15:1
I have the program from the Oem and the tia portal software v15.1 ?
I have set the laptop ip to pick up the same subnet ,

The issue im getting is the offline program is different to online , I get the connection error
How can I connected ? Any ideas

Is it different?

Go under Online Access
What do you see for a version etc etc?

I found out what the issues was the laptop software needed the updates on it ��
