how can i activate rslogix 5000 with windows 7 32 bit?

I have done both EVRSI and Factory Talk activations of RSLogix 500 and 5000 in 32-bit Windows 7, and do not recall any differences from doing it in XP.
RSLinx must be "Run as Admin", if you need to add or edit a driver.
