AB Panel view 550 password

I have a customer that has an AB pv 550 and his previous employee put in a password and of course he didn't tell anyone what it was.
Now he has vanished and the guy can't get past the password.
I have e-mailed Rockwell (Allen Bradley) twice and get no responce.
does anyone have a magic access code?

What is the password on? I ASSUME you are talking about a protected screen.

Do you have a copy of the project? If you do post a copy of it and I'm sure someone will help you with it.

It is for the machine parameters that the unit is mounted on.
