1756-RM2 compatibility

Hi Guys,
Which version of RMCT that compatible with 1756-RM2 ver 20.017?
I had RMCT ver 8.2.1.0 but when i try to configure 1756-RM2 there is a notification to update the RMCT

When you get the RM2, you need to upgrade the firmware according to the architecture you designed.

I know it's a little confusing: ver 20.017 is just the internal BOOT firmware, not the application firmware. According to the RA page, there are available these application firmwares: 20.004, 20.005, 20.007, RMCT v8.1.5. You need to read the redundancy manual to know what version you can use (mostly depending of the ControlLogix firmware).

Yes, the RMCT software is available as a "Product Add On" on the firmware downloads window for the redundancy modules...

yes i got RMCT V8.3.1.0 IN FIRMWARE OF 1756-RM2 V20.007 (DIRECT DOWNLOAD THEN EXTRACT THE ZIP FILE, AFTER GET BOTH FIRMWARE AND RMCT SOFTWARE)

the new modules are
1756-RM2 SER:A FW:20.017
1756-EN2T SER:D FW:10.007
1756-CN2R SER:C FW:20.005

The old modules are:
- 1756-RM
- 1756CNR
- 1756-ENBT

The Scope of work will be to replace and configure the old modules with the new module.

Could you please send me your suggestion

in my rslogix5000 v19, 1756RM2 not present (its possible to upgrade v19 or install v20)
