Rashid, more threads of the same thing doesn't speed up the response.
The advantage of having a thread title that describes the issue, is that it can then be searched by someone and possible answer there issue without having to wait for a response.
Your problem of no 8 channel AO being available and having to use 2 x 4 channel is just a change in the code hopefully (as long as you have a spare slots in the rake).
You will need to separate the channels from the old 8 and reassign the outputs to the different slots where you have installed the new cards.
So should be just reassigning the addresses in the code you already have for the AO to match the new card location.
